Vice Chancellor for Academics/Associate Dean at Southern University Agricultural Research and Extension Center. Dr. Marshall established the Jag S.T.A.R.S. (Students Training in Academics, Research and Service) Scholarship Program and serves on numerous boards in the academic areas of food sciences, veterinarian medicine, and agricultural innovation. Recently honored with the Leading Ladies Award for outstanding leadership, exemplary service, and dedication to the Southern University System, and surrounding communities.
